Hi Emma,
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!! I hope you have a wonderful day today!! It is great that you are thirteen years old now. You are really grownup! I posted you some presents for your birthday a few days ago, so they will be a little late - sorry! I hope you like them though. See below for a photo of them.

Things are Ok here. I have been busy with some computer study I have been doing (just a 13 week course) but it will be finished in a few more weeks, so that will be nice. Tee weather has been cold and foggy but at least we have been getting some rain, so the plants are happy.

Hi Emma,
I hope you are well. I haven't updated this for a while - very sorry about that! Lots has been happening and I keep telling you about it in my head but I have been too lazy to type it here. Sorry! I went to New Zealand for a couple of weeks last month and that was really nice. It was great to see Grandma and Grandpa and my brother and his family.
It is your birthday soon Emma and you will be thirteen years old! I can hardly believe it. I have bought you a couple of presents but need to finish my shopping for you and post them off. I'll write to you before then to let you know how I got on!.
Actually today is my birthday (though I'm trying not to think about it too much). Forty one years old is not very young! Still it is not so bad. Well, I am always thinking of you Emma and I am really wishing you all the very best!
