Hi Em,
Today is Easter Sunday, so happy Easter once again!. Easter is a busy time for the church so I have been there quite a bit. I went to a Maundy Thursday Communion at 8.00pm on Thursday (March 24). That is a small service with only 20-30 people but it was a nice service. We all sat together up at the front of the church for communion. Thursday is the "anniversary day" that remembers the first communion, so it was quite special. On Friday I went to the 9.30am service and then did the "Stations of the Cross" walk with Alex, Peter and Peter's friend, Gratin. We finished up back at the church for hot cross buns, which were very yummy! Then I went home and had lunch with my friend, Karen. That was nice too.
I was at the church service this morning and then helped out with with "Open Church" from 3-4pm. This just means that I sat in the front when the church was open just to keep an eye on things. There weren't any visitors at that time, so it wasn't particularly excitiong. I just read a book and tried not to fall asleep!
I hope you fine, Miss Em and that you received my Easter goodies in time. I miss you heaps and heaps and really hope that I can have some contact with you soon.
Lots and lots of love,
Aaron :-)

Hi Em,
I hope you are fine. It is Easter soon, so Happy Easter! I have bought a few Easter goodies for you and I am posting these to you along with a letter that I wrote to you on the computers at Deakin University. At Deakin they have a nice colour printer so I can print the letter out nicely!
Here is a copy of the letter I posted to you.
I hope you like it! Also here is a photo of the Easter goodies I sent.
I hope you like them too and that they reach you safely! (I have posted them to the address that I have for NaiNai).
Love you heaps and heaps,
Aaron :-)

Dear Em,
I hope you are fine, Miss Em! Welcome to March! It is the start of autumn down here in Australia but it is the start of spring in China. They are both nice seasons with mild weather.
I have started my computer course now. I'm using the language Java and learning about e-commerce applications. It looks like a interesting course. After this semester, I'll only have one more semester to go and then I'll be finished. That will be really nice!
I went to a church study group tonight at Frances Meekin's house. It is being run by Graeme, the church minister. It was really interesting as Graeme knows a lot about the history of the Bible and when and how different parts were written. It is also good that he doesn't take the Bible literally but sees it as a collection of historical documents of their time. I don't know what you think of all this, Em but it helps me think about life and what is important (and you are definitely important for me!)
Love you heaps and heaps, Em and I think about you all the time. Sending you my extra special best wishes!
Lots and lots of love,
Aaron :-)
