Hi Emma, Hope you are fine! It has been very wintery so far this month. Last year the winter was very mild and dry but this year is quite cold and rainy. The rain is really lovely to see and the cold is not so bad. My neighbour's frogs are very happy with the wet weather. I also heard at least one frog croaking from my pond in the back garden. That is a really great sound!
After church today I went to see my old friend Henry. It was nice to see him and have a chat. I brought him some very yummy vegan / gluten free chocolate biscuits to try. I was catching the train back home and Henry walked up with me through Box Hill Cemetery to Laburnum station. Even though I had lived in Box Hill for many years I had never been through the cemetery. It was interesting and a bit sad too to walk through there. Henry showed me some gravestones of well known people. It certainly makes you think about life.
Wishing you all the very best Miss Em. I still need to post you a few more things that I missed sending with your other birthday presents. I'll try to get organised and do that soon! Love you heaps,
Aaron :-)
