Hello Emma,
Merry Christmas!!!!!!! I hope you are having a wonderful Christmas day! It is only just Christmas here in Melbourne as I'm writing this. I have just come back from the late night Christmas Eve service at church. It was a really nice service.
Things have been very busy here Em. I am a bit behind in putting my diary up on this web site (so this is the first entry I have put up for December, naughty me!). I'll update the web site properly for December from my diary during the next few days but basically I have been spending most of December looking for a place to live! The good news is that I have bought a new house where I can live after 14 January, 2005. It is a nice clicker brick house in Mitcham with some nice trees around it. It is close to a park and the Yarran Dherran nature reserve so I think you will like it. I'll put some photos up to show it to you soon!
Well, I hope have a wonderful Christmas Miss Em. I hope the presents I sent to you got there safely too (and that you like them!).
Sending you my all of love and best wishes and I hope we can be in contact again soon.
Merry Christmas and I love you heaps and heaps,
Aaron :-)

Hello Emma,
Hope you are fine. I have been busy looking for houses to buy or rent and it is really hard work! I saw houses in Blackburn and Donvale that looked quite good but they were sold before I could see them properly. There was also a unit in Blackburn that was quite cheap but it was in a bad area (near Burnt Street in Nunawading) so I don't want that one! There is a house in Mitcham that I want to look at now. I would have preferred to buy another house in Box Hill but they are all very expensive (especially after you take out the agent fees on 4 Ashley Street and include the 5% sales tax on the new property). I don't want to get too large a mortgage as that is not good, especially if I might want to change jobs in the future. So I had better just keep on looking!
I (finally!) posted your presents yesterday Em. I really hope that they will reach you in time for Christmas! Here is a photo of them.

Love you heaps and heaps Emma.
Lots and lots of Love,

Hi Em,
I hope you are well. I was a bit disappointed to find out last Monday (29/11/04) that I was not accepted into the primary school teaching course in New Zealand. However now that I have thought about it I feel it is not so bad. I would have really liked to have gone to New Zealand and done the primary school teaching course but I have some good friends here in Melbourne now. I know all my friends at church and at my yoga class are happy that I'm staying so that is nice. I would have liked to have a change in my job as I have been doing the same job for too long but I can work on that in the future.
One problem that I have is that I have already sold 4 Ashley Street. If I had known that I wouldn't be accepted for the course then I wouldn't have sold it but it is too late now! So I have until 14 January 2005 to find another place to live. I don't know whether I will rent or buy another place. think it is better to buy your own place but I don't have a lot of time to find somewhere suitable. If I can find something affordable to buy then I will rent a place in t meantime.
Well, I hope you have a nice December Emma. Christmas is not far off now. I have bought some presents for you but I need to get a few more things and post them off to you. I had better hurry up!
Love you very very much Em and my thoughts are with you always!
Lots and lots of love,
Aaron
